We understand that provider enrollment is the first step toward a successful career and are here to assist applicants with support and assistance throughout the enrollment process.
In addition to application assistance and support, PCG also processes provider applications and verifies that the provider applicant is compliant with the provider qualifications and service requirements outlined in the Ohio Administrative Code.
