Kickstart Your Journey: Fundamental First Steps for Independent Providers   

Congratulations!  You made it through the enrollment process, and you are now a Medicaid Provider!  If you are anything like many other newly enrolled providers, you may be asking yourself “Now what do I do?”  “What do I need to do to get started?”   You are not alone!  We have heard these same questions from several other new providers, and this training will give you some fundamental first steps to get your business going such as finding a client, getting authorized to provide services, preparing for the start of service and best-practices for long-term success.   

 

This course meets the requirements for 1 hour of credit towards the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s (ODM) required annual 6 hours of continuing education for Non-Agency Personal Care Aides (PCAs). Please provide the following information for access to the training. You will receive a certificate via email within 24 hours after completing the training. Please check your junk/spam box as sometimes these certificates are directed there.
