Course Overview
Good customer service plays a key role in the success of any business. This is no different for PCG, including the Ohio HCBS oversight and expansion teams. This course will look at how customer service plays a role throughout our teams across the Ohio project and the role each of us plays in helping the team meet Contract expectations. We will cover general customer service as a part of the commitments made within the contract; overview of teams and the external customer services they provide and also have a brief discussion on internal customer service.
