As part of PCG’s contract with the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), we are required to conduct annual training for all staff working on the OH HCBS project. Please view this training by 6/19/2025.
Course Overview
This training focuses on essential customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, effective communication, and de‑escalation techniques, to support positive, respectful interactions. Participants will learn practical strategies for handling challenging conversations and delivering high‑quality service across all customer touchpoints.
